Job description

Our client, a well established company operating within the medical and pharmaceutical sector is seeking to recruit a Billing Assistant. You will be responsible for accounting and administrative activities.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle the invoicing and bookeeping
  • Management and processing of the invoicing onto ERP System;
  • Follow-up of the « day-to-day » accounting activities;
  • Assist with intercompany reconciliations;
  • Assist with month end and year end close process.

Requirements;

  • Post secondary academic degree in accounting;
  • 2+ years professional experience in billing and accounting
  • Proficiency in Excel (macros, vlook-up, complex Pivot, ...)
  • Good knowledge in SAP, is required;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Experience in working in cross-functional and multicultural environments;
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines with a positive attitude;
  • Open and transparent communication with the Head of Accounting;
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as an excellent team player;
  • Fluency in English, good knowlege of French or Italian would be an asset
  • Resident in Luxembourg and eligible to work there
