The Role :
Are you a natural hunter, passionate about selling innovative technology solutions? We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (internal title : Senior Account Manager) to strengthen our sales team and accelerate our growth. If you have proven experience in at least one of the following areas — connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity / resilience, or colocation — this opportunity is for you. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bettembourg, Luxembourg.
Your mission :
- Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and converting enterprise and institutional clients through a proactive sales strategy
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to grow revenue and increase market share
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to create visibility and develop opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring we fully understand client needs, requirements, and challenges
- Stay connected to the market to identify new opportunities and ensure ongoing engagement with all viable prospects
- Collaborate with marketing to support the development and execution of targeted initiatives
Experience and Education :
At least 5 years of successful experience in business development or account management within an ISP or telecom environmentStrong track record in selling and managing complex B2B solutions across cloud services, connectivity solutions, and cyber resilience / cybersecurity offeringsSolid understanding of enterprise IT and networking environments, with the ability to position integrated solutions that combine infrastructure, connectivity, and securityDemonstrated ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and grow long-term enterprise relationshipsFluency in French and English required; Luxembourgish and / or German are significant assetsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; additional training or certifications in cloud, networking, or security are a plusKey Competences :
