How will you contribute?

You are an HR-skilled professional joining our team of four experienced recruiters. You enjoy finding the right talent to support our research efforts aimed at generating high-impact innovations.

You have a successful first experience in recruitment or human resources, along with a solid understanding of screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.

Passionate about research and curious about technology and innovation, you are strongly motivated to contribute to a better society by helping our research leaders find the most suitable candidates for their projects.

You will mainly :

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open positions, helping managers search, find and hire the most suitable candidates.

Work in close collaboration with research leaders / managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the institute’s hiring needs for every position and define adapted recruitment strategies to meet expectations.

Attract suitable candidates through a variety of means such as sourcing, fairs, network, databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

Create and post attractive and honest job descriptions and announcements, while remaining active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates.

Collaborate actively with colleagues and research leaders to design, refine, and implement adapted / innovative recruitment strategies.

Conduct interviews, assess applicants’ capability, experience and motivation for a given position.

Present the major assets / points of attention of an application in a concise and convincing manner.

Extend offers to candidates and coordinate with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process.

Promote LIST, act as an ambassador’s institute.

You hold a Master’s degree, ideally in HR with experience in recruitment, with a good knowledge of interview techniques.

You are and you keep up to date on labour legislation.

You are well organized, precise, with a desire to learn and experience new situations.

You are results oriented and at ease with recruitment KPI’s to ensure success.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. On top of being client oriented, you have good ability to solve problems.

You’re both fluent in English and French, any other language is an asset.

You’re proficient with MS office suite.
