Legal Trainee

We are seeking to recruit a Legal Trainee .

Legal Trainee (m / f / d)

From January 2026 to July 2026 (6 months) & From July 2026 to December 2026 (6 months)

Your tasks :

• Work on legal files in all the practice areas of our law firm and related to Business Law (i.e. Corporate / M&A, Banking, Finance and Capital Markets, Dispute Resolution, Investment Management, Employment, Insurance & Reinsurance and Real Estate) for local and multinational companies;
• Draft any type of contracts and / or legal documents;
• Conduct research into a variety of legal issues;
• Discover the Luxembourg jurisdiction and its courts.

Your profile :

Qualification : Academic background and qualifications in law (i.e. you have obtained or are currently registered for a Master’s degree in Law or similar qualifications);

Languages : Fluent in English and French (written and spoken);

Skills : Proactive, dynamic, team player and good communication skills.
