Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Luxemburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Finance & Investment Officer (m / w / d) – mit strategischem Weitblick, analytischer Stärke und dem Anspruch, aktiv zum nachhaltigen Erfolg von BAUHAUS beizutragen.

Ihre Aufgaben :

  • Implementieren und betreuen Sie ein gruppenweites Treasury-Reporting-System
  • Behalten Sie den Überblick, indem Sie die Konzernliquidität überwachen, Cashflows verwalten und für Planungssicherheit sorgen
  • Gestalten Sie konzerninterne Finanzierungen mit, indem Sie Darlehen bewerten, strukturieren und professionell Reporten
  • Nutzen Sie Ihre Analysekompetenz, um Investitionsvorhaben kritisch zu prüfen und fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen zu geben
  • Wirken Sie aktiv bei der Erstellung von Investitionsmemoranden für Entscheidungsgremien und die Geschäftsführung mit
  • Verfolgen Sie Investments mit Weitblick, indem Sie Performance-Analysen durchführen, Risikoabschätzungen vornehmen und Portfolioauswertungen erstellen

Ihr Profil :

  • Stellen Sie Ihr Know-how unter Beweis, mit einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Masterstudium in Bereich Finance, Accounting, Business Administration oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie relevante Praxiserfahrung aus dem Bereich Corporate Finance mit – im Rahmen Ihrer bisherigen Tätigkeit im Wirtschaftsprüferbereich, Investment Banking, in der Strategieberatung oder im Umfeld von Private Equity und Venture Capital
  • Überzeugen Sie mit analytischer Stärke, sicherem Umgang mit Zahlen und tiefem Verständnis für finanzielle Zusammenhänge
  • Zeigen Sie digitale Kompetenz, insbesondere mit exzellenten Excel-Skills und idealerweise ersten Erfahrungen mit Treasury- oder ERP-Systemen
  • Ihr Arbeitsstil ist geprägt von Selbständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein – zugleich agieren Sie als Teamplayer mit einem feinen Gespür für Verlässlichkeit und den professionellen Umgang mit vertraulichen Themen
  • Kommunizieren Sie souverän, sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch – Kenntnisse in Französisch und Luxemburgisch sind ein Plus
