Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding travel technology solutions.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to booking platforms, software usage, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Guide clients through the booking process and ensure they have a seamless experience with the technology provided.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring effective resolutions and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex queries and improve customer experience.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and industry trends.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to contribute to service improvements.
Requirements
