AML & Compliance Team Lead - International Law Firm

Job descriptionLead and coordinate the EU AML team, ensuring smooth cross-border operations. Maintain, update, and implement the EU AML Manual and compliance framework. Serve as the key point of escalation for complex AML and regulatory matters. Conduct AML reviews and operational compliance tasks as needed. Deliver team training and drive strategic development initiatives. Interpret and apply new legal requirements under European AML standards. Fully qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction. Minimum 3 years' AML experience in a law firm or professional services environment. Proven leadership and people management capabilities. Strong knowledge of European AML regulations and frameworks. Fluent in English and at least one other European language. Competitive compensationthat can reach 100k reflecting your experience and expertise. A senior leadership position within a respected international law firm. Influence over AML strategy for a high-profile, multinational client base. Exposure to complex, cross-border matters of strategic importance. Strong support for ongoing professional development and career progression.
