Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications products and services.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, service issues, and technical support for their telecommunications setups.
• Guide customers through the processes of upgrading services, troubleshooting problems, and understanding their accounts.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and industry offerings to provide accurate information.
• Document all customer interactions clearly to assist in service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer issues with discretion and empathy.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
