• ère pour piloter les financements, sécuriser les projets et accompagner sa croissance. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Description du poste Sous la responsabilité de la Direction Générale, vous serez en charge de la supervision financière du groupe. Vous interviendrez à la fois sur la consolidation des données de trésorerie, le pilotage des budgets de production, la coordination des équipes comptables, la mise en place des crédits de production, et la structuration des outils de gestion. Ce poste combine des missions stratégiques et très opérationnelles, avec une forte autonomie. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Missions Gestion financière et trésorerie Élaborer et mettre à jour le cashflow consolidé du groupe (France, Belgique, Luxembourg) Consolider les budgets et projections des projets audiovisuels sur les trois territoires Structurer et suivre les financements : crédits de production, subventions, apports partenaires Être l'interlocuteur principal des partenaires financiers Rassembler les données financières des projets et piloter la mise en place des crédits de production Établir les prévisionnels, analyser les écarts, proposer des plans d'action Supervision comptable et coordination Encadrer le responsable comptable et l'équipe administrative (Luxembourg) Coordonner les clôtures annuelles avec les fiduciaires externes Veiller à la bonne affectation analytique des charges (projets, sociétés, territoires) Assurer la conformité fiscale et la qualité des reportings Pilotage budgétaire et contrôle de gestion Participer à la création et au suivi des budgets de production avec les studios Apporter une vision consolidée et analytique des coûts Collaborer avec les producteurs pour l'optimisation financière des projets Structuration et outils Améliorer les outils de pilotage (Excel, ERP, tableaux de suivi) Mettre en place des procédures internes simples, robustes et duplicables Formaliser les bonnes pratiques administratives et comptables du groupe Profil recherché Bac+3 à Bac+5 en finance, comptabilité, contrôle de gestion ou audit Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction financière ou comptable à responsabilité Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel (impératif) et aisance sur les ERP comptables Solides bases en comptabilité analytique par projet ou multi-sociétés Expérience dans le secteur de l'audiovisuel ou de la production : un vrai atout Anglais professionnel courant exigé (écrit et oral) Qualités attendues Forte autonomie, sens de l'organisation, rigueur, capacité d'adaptation , Capacité à structurer, formaliser, anticiper Esprit collaboratif et orientation solution Excellentes compétences relationnelles et rédactionnelles Résistance au stress et capacité à faire face à des situations complexes ou tendues Capacité à s'investir pleinement dans un environnement dynamique et à enjeux multiples Pourquoi rejoindre FDI Group Rôle central et transversal dans un groupe international en transformation Poste évolutif avec de vraies perspectives de développement Diversité des missions entre stratégie, gestion de production et opérations About Fabrique d'Images FABRIQUE D'IMAGES is an audiovisual and animation production studio based in Differdange, Luxembourg, just a few kilometers from the Belgian and French borders. The studio develops and produces projects for cinema, television, and digital media. Actively involved in international financing and European co-productions, under the umbrella of FDI GROUP, with entities in Luxembourg, Belgium, and France, the company is strengthening its financial structure and is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financing, secure projects, and support its growth. ________________________ Job Description Reporting directly to General Management, you will be responsible for the financial supervision of the group. Your role will cover cash flow consolidation, production budget management, coordination of accounting teams, implementation of production financing, and the structuring of management tools. This position combines strategic and highly operational responsibilities, with a high level of autonomy. ________________________ Responsibilities
• Financial Management and Cash Flow Prepare and update the group's consolidated cash flow (France, Belgium, Luxembourg) Consolidate budgets and projections for audiovisual projects across the three territories Structure and monitor financing : production loans, grants, partner contributions Act as the main point of contact for financial partners Collect financial data for projects and oversee the implementation of production financing Prepare forecasts, analyze variances, and propose action plans
• Accounting Supervision and Coordination Manage the accounting manager and the administrative team (Luxembourg) Coordinate annual closings with external accounting firms Ensure proper analytical allocation of expenses (projects, companies, territories) Ensure tax compliance and high-quality financial reporting
• Budget Management and Controlling Participate in the creation and monitoring of production budgets with the studios Provide a consolidated and analytical view of costs Work closely with producers to optimize project financing
• Structuring and Tools Improve management and reporting tools (Excel, ERP systems, monitoring dashboards) Implement simple, robust, and scalable internal procedures Formalize the group's administrative and accounting best practices ________________________ Profile Sought Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in finance, accounting, management control, or audit Minimum 5 years' experience in a financial or accounting role with responsibility Excellent command of Excel (mandatory) and strong familiarity with accounting ERP systems Strong knowledge of project-based or multi-company analytical accounting Experience in the audiovisual or production sector is a strong asset Fluent professional English required (written and spoken) ________________________ Key Skills and Qualities High level of autonomy, strong organizational skills, rigor, and adaptability Ability to structure, formalize, and anticipate Collaborative mindset with a solution-oriented approach Excellent interpersonal and writing skills Ability to handle stress and manage complex or high-pressure situations Strong commitment and engagement in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment ________________________ Why Join FDI Group A central, cross-functional role within an intern...
