Due to continue growth they are looking for a new Corporate Officer to join the team on a permanent basis.

Duties :
- Maintain statutory records of Luxembourg companies.
- Update and manage company records with the Luxembourg R.C.S.
- Maintain and manager the internally developed Database.
- Arrange, prepare, and document Board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
- Prepare Power of Attorneys (PoAs) and other reporting documents.
- Coordinate bank account openings and manage changes in signatory rights.
Requirements :
University Degree.Experience in Administration of Private Equity vehicles (SPVs and / or Funds).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.What We Offer :
