Documents and data management have become a crucial element of our service offering, in particular those relating to EU Directives such as UCITS, AIFMD, PRIIPs and SFDR. In this context, we are looking for a new team leader to consolidate our Kid and Fund Reports team within our Regulatory Services Team.
The team leader coordinates a team in charge of a number of regulatory and business reporting in the frame of UCITS and PRIIPs regulations, being PRIIPs or UCITS KI(I)Ds reporting, EPT, EMT outputs. Your clients are Asset managers and insurance clients.
What you will do
As a team leader, you will play a central role in leading our reporting team and collaborating with the senior management team to implement strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include :
Actively participate in driving technology transformation within the organization. Stay abreast of emerging reporting technologies (internal or external), propose innovative solutions, and oversee the integration of new technological advancements to enhance our service delivery and operational efficiency.
Provide dedicated support to key clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of day-to-day services. And contribute to issue resolution. Through our reporting team, build and maintain strong client relationships, address their needs promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Oversee critical aspects of team administration, including invoicing, receivables management, and onboarding documentation. Ensure that all administrative processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
Manage and develop the reporting team to foster a high-performance culture. This involves recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating team members to ensure they have the skills and support needed to excel in their roles. Encourage collaboration, resolve conflicts, and create a positive and productive work environment
