EU Passport required

Languages : French, German, or Dutch (C1+) + English (B2+)

Contract type : Full-time

Experience level : Junior and Senior positions available

Department : Order-to-Cash / Accounts Receivable

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the O2C process : invoicing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries or overdue accounts
• Support monthly and quarterly closing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Finance, Customer Support)
