Its Luxembourg Banking & Capital Markets team is now seeking a talented Lawyer to contribute to complex deals and work directly with a prestigious and loyal client portfolio.

Your Responsibilities | Business Development - Law Firm – Legal – Law - Avocat

Advise clients on banking, finance and capital markets transactions, including both debt and equity instruments.
Draft and negotiate legal documentation such as financing agreements, securities documents and prospectuses.
Provide regulatory advice under Luxembourg and EU law to prestigious international clients.
Participate in cross-border transactions, working in close cooperation with colleagues across the global network.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to client relationship management.

Profile and Career Path | Business Development - Law Firm – Legal – Law - Avocat

You have acquired at least 2 years of experience in banking and / or capital markets law within a law firm in Luxembourg. Experience acquired in an international law firm is a strong plus.

Solid knowledge of financial instruments, securities law and banking regulations.

Fluency in English and French is required; any other language is an asset.

A team-oriented and proactive mindset, with motivation to grow in an international environment.
