Job description

Your role

  • Handling daily emails/tickets and manning the telephone helpline
  • Welcoming and informing students, in person and remotely
  • Preparing, checking and managing tenancy agreements:
    • checking eligibility criteria – enrolment, duration, amount
    • preparing and sending out agreements
    • tracking signatures
  • Updating and monitoring lists of arrivals and departures for the relevant local authorities, and lists of accommodation requiring cleaning
  • Handling administrative follow-up:
    • contracts, including updating move-in and move-out inventories
    • scanning, filing and archiving contracts
    • forwarding documents to the Finance Department (SFC)

    Your profile

    • Bachelor’s degree and/or initial experience in a comparable role
    • High level of proficiency in standard IT tools
    • Proactive, reliable, open-minded and diplomatic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced international university environment
    • Ability to adapt to a multicultural and multilingual environment
    • Very good knowledge of English and French (both spoken and written); German would be an advantage
