Une entreprise de développement de solutions logicielles sur mesure , experte en open source et en intégration ERP (notamment Odoo), recherche un(e) Business Analyst Senior pour rejoindre son équipe au Luxembourg (région de Kehlen) . Vous rejoindrez une structure à taille humaine , à la culture collaborative, agile et orientée qualité, qui travaille sur des projets variés dans les secteurs publics et privés , à la fois en Belgique et au Luxembourg.

Fonction :

Vous serez l’interface clé entre les équipes techniques et les clients pour analyser, modéliser et transformer les besoins métier en solutions fonctionnelles .

Rencontrer les clients (principalement au Luxembourg) pour analyser leurs besoins métiers complexes
Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées et modéliser les processus métier (UML)
Collaborer avec les développeurs pour garantir la cohérence des solutions livrées
Participer à des projets sur-mesure, ERP ou applicatifs, dans un cadre agile et structuré
Accompagner les clients après le déploiement pour assurer un suivi fonctionnel efficace
Être moteur de l’amélioration continue et de la contribution à la communauté open source

Profil :

Master en ingénierie de gestion ou formation similaire avec une base en comptabilité et contrôle de gestion

Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Business Analyst, idéalement en environnement ERP

Bonne connaissance d’ Odoo ou d’un système ERP équivalent

Capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs métier et techniques

Maîtrise du français (langue de travail) et bonne compréhension de l’ anglais

Autonome, structuré(e), esprit d’équipe, curieux(se) des nouvelles technologies

Résidant ou frontalier basé au Luxembourg ou à proximité (mobilité locale requise pour les visites clients)
