Senior Planning Coordinator (Dutch & English Mandatory) (M/F/X)

For one of our clients, a global leader in industrial packaging solutions, we are currently looking for a Senior Field Service Planner Benelux to join their team in Strassen. This is a temporary assignment with a strong opportunity for permanent employment.

Your responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating preventive maintenance visits, repairs, emergency interventions and installation activities;


• Optimizing technician schedules, workload allocation and travel efficiency;


• Managing customer communications regarding appointments, schedule changes and service updates;


• Creating, monitoring and closing work orders within Dynamics 365;


• Supporting invoicing processes and maintaining accurate service documentation;


• Collaborating closely with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams;


• Monitoring operational performance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience;


• Minimum 3 years of experience in service planning, logistics planning, customer service coordination or field service operations;


• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing or technical environment is a strong advantage;


• Good knowledge of ERP systems, Dynamics 365 being a plus;


• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook;


• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;


• Customer-oriented, proactive and solution-driven mindset;


• Mandatory languages: Dutch and English; French is highly preferred. German is considered an asset.
