Zur Verstärkung unseres IT-Teams in Howald suchen wir ab sofort einen motivierten IT Technical Specialist (m / w / d) im Client Umfeld.

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist für die Systemadministration im Bereich Microsoft Windows Clients, Apple / Android Smartphones und Tablets, Drucker und weiterer Endgeräte zuständig
Du arbeitest aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft inklusive Aufbau und Wartung von Bildschirmarbeitsplätzen sowie Verwaltung unserer Client-Infrastruktur
Du machst Clientbetreuung, Installation, Rollout, Update und Patchmanagement
Du bist 1st und 2nd Level Support für Hardware und Software auf Basis eines Ticketsystems, per Telefon und direkt vor Ort an unseren Standorten in Luxembourg
Du bist für Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Softwareverteilung, des Mobile Device Managements, Endpoint Managements und der Endpoint-Security zuständig
Du erstellst und pflegst IT-Dokumentationen
Du arbeitest an vielfältigen IT-Projekten mit

Dein Profil

Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, alternativ ein Fachhochschulstudienabschluss im Bereich Informatik

Du hast Erfahrung in der Administration und Pflege von aktuellen Microsoft Windows Clientbetriebssystemen, Microsoft Office inklusive Office 365 und weiterer Standardsoftware

Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Sicherheit von Microsoft Windows Clientbetriebssystemen, Standardsoftware, Mobile Device Management, Unified Endpoint Management, Endpoint Security und Remote-Support / Fernwartung

Du hast Kenntnisse in den Themenbereichen Microsoft Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien und Windows Serverdienste

Du bringst Hardwarekenntnisse für PCs, Notebooks, mobile Endgeräte und Drucker mit

Du verfügst über grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse (Netzwerkprotokolle, Netzwerkkomponenten, Switch, Hub, LAN, WLAN)

Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Hyper-V, Sharepoint, Powershell und Windows Skripting sowie Microsoft und / oder CompTIA Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil

Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und ergebnisorientiert und bist bereit dich stetig weiterzuentwickeln

Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung sowie eine lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise

Du bist im Besitz der Führerscheinklasse B

Pour renforcer notre équipe IT à Howald , nous recherchons dès maintenant un(e) IT Technical Specialist (m / f / d) motivé(e) dans l'environnement client.

Tes tâches

Tu es responsable de l'administration du système dans le domaine des clients Microsoft Windows, des smartphones et tablettes Apple / Android, des imprimantes et autres terminaux

Tu participes activement aux activités opérationnelles quotidiennes, y compris la mise en place et la maintenance des postes de travail à l'écran ainsi que la gestion de notre infrastructure client

Tu t'occupes du suivi des clients, de l'installation, du déploiement, de la mise à jour et de la gestion des correctifs

Tu assures le support de 1er et 2ème niveau pour le matériel et les logiciels sur la base d'un système de tickets, par téléphone et directement sur place sur nos sites au Luxembourg

Tu es responsable de l'administration et du développement de la distribution des logiciels, du Mobile Device Management, de l'Endpoint Management et de l'Endpoint Security

Tu crées et tiens à jour des documentations informatiques

Tu participes à des projets informatiques variés

Ton profil

Tu as terminé avec succès une formation professionnelle d'informaticien spécialisé en intégration de systèmes, d'électronicien de systèmes informatiques ou une qualification comparable, ou bien tu as obtenu un diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées dans le domaine de l'informatique

Tu as de l'expérience dans l'administration et la maintenance des systèmes d'exploitation clients Microsoft Windows actuels, Microsoft Office, y compris Office 365, et d'autres logiciels standard

Tu as de bonnes connaissances en matière de sécurité des systèmes d'exploitation clients Microsoft Windows, des logiciels standard, de la gestion des appareils mobiles, de la gestion unifiée des points d'accès, de la sécurité des points d'accès et de l'assistance / la maintenance à distance

Tu as des connaissances dans les domaines de Microsoft Active Directory, des stratégies de groupe et des services Windows Server

Tu as des connaissances en matériel pour les PC, les ordinateurs portables, les terminaux mobiles et les imprimantes

Tu as des connaissances de base en matière de réseau (protocoles réseau, composants réseau, switch, hub, LAN, WLAN)

Des connaissances dans le domaine de Microsoft Hyper-V, Sharepoint, Powershell et Windows Scripting ainsi que des certifications Microsoft et / ou CompTIA sont un avantage

Tu travailles de manière structurée, autonome et orientée vers les résultats et tu es prêt(e) à te développer en permanence
