ACCOUNTANT USGAAP
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to oversee our financial audits and ensure compliance with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Key Responsibilities :
- Day-to-Day Accounting : Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Financial Reporting : Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
- Record Maintenance : Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, receipts, and documentation for all transactions.
- Budget Support : Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Compliance Assurance : Ensure financial practices comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Process Improvement : Recommend improvements to accounting workflows, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Tax Support : Assist with preparation and organization of financial data for tax filings and work with external tax professionals as needed.
- Software Management : Use financial software such as QuickBooks Online to manage company accounts and generate reports.
- Internal Controls : Help implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Accountant , with a strong grasp of accounting principles and US GAAP.Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online , and strong Excel skills.High attention to detail with excellent accuracy in record-keeping and reconciliation tasks.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote environment.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance , or a related field required; certification (e.g., CPA , CB ) is a plus.Experience in a startup or tech environment is advantageous, but not required.Contactez-nous au + 352 20 61 04 pour en savoir plus sur cette position et / ou transmettez-nous votre CV à talent.acquisition@blackridgegroup.com.
