B2B Digital Sales Specialist (French & English) – Fully Remote (Bulgaria)

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level French and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales environment. This is a full-time, fully remote position , offering a competitive base salary, performance bonus, and long-term career stability.

Role Overview

In this role, you will :

Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leads
Apply structured business development and lead generation methodologies
Build and manage a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline
Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales performance targets

Requirements

Native-level French (mandatory) and fluent English

Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience

Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification

Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable

Strong communication skills with a results-driven and autonomous mindset

What We Offer

Full-time contract, Monday to Friday (09 : 00–18 : 00)

Fully remote role (based in Bulgaria)

Gross monthly salary : 3,600 BGN

Quarterly performance bonus : up to 2,000 BGN

Relocation support including :

Company-paid accommodation for the first 10 days or more

Assistance in finding long-term housing

Possibility of salary advance if needed

Low cost of living : fully furnished apartments of at least 60 m² from around 200 EUR / month

International working environment with long-term career growth opportunities

Start date : January 2026

Location : Remote, Bulgaria
