IQ Solutions is looking for a Senior Corporate Officer to join one of its clients based in Luxembourg. Key Responsibilities Deliver a comprehensive range of corporate services to a diverse portfolio of clients in the Real Estate and Private Equity sectors. Review legal documentation related to corporate administration. Follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt of all required documents. Oversee the preparation of original legal documents and the finalization of contractual agreements. Carry out administrative tasks connected to corporate governance and domiciliation services, within agreed deadlines and under the guidance of senior colleagues. Coordinate with notaries, lawyers, banks, and external auditors regarding legal documentation, while managing internal corporate records and procedures. Draft agreements and other legal documents, and monitor processes before and after their execution. File and maintain legal records in compliance with Luxembourg legislation. Respond to client requests by prioritizing effectively and ensuring high-quality service that meets demanding client expectations. Conduct client entity reviews, assess potential risks, and fulfill responsibilities under review procedures. Keep accurate, up-to-date records for client entities, ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations. Adhere to risk management and compliance protocols, including regulatory requirements and AML legislation. Required Skills & Qualification Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a simiral role. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French and German is considered an advantage. Solid understanding of contractual and statutory obligations under Luxembourg Law. Ability to take ownership of tasks, set priorities, show initiative, and collaborate effectively as a team player. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, well-organized, and proactive, with a strong client-service mindset.
