Group Tax Manager (m / f)

Bissen / Luxembourg

Your responsibilities would include :

• Ensuring compliance with local tax laws in various jurisdictions (e.g., VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax)
• Staying updated with OECD guidelines, EU directives, and U.S. tax reforms
• Conducting regular tax compliance audits to ensure the accuracy of all tax filings and payments
• Ensuring arm's length pricing for intercompany transactions
• Participating in the development and optimisation of transfer pricing policies to align with business strategies
• Collecting and consolidating financial and tax data across entities
• Ensuring accurate and timely submission of CbCR reports
• Interpreting and applying the OECD's Pillar Two rules
• Calculating Effective Tax Rates (ETRs) and identifying top-up tax exposures
• Monitoring changes in the global tax environment and adjusting strategies accordingly
• Identifying and mitigating tax risks in cross-border operations
• Conducting internal tax risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
• Advising on cross-border structuring, M&A, and supply chain planning
• Collaborating with business units to develop long-term tax planning strategies that support overall company objectives
