Are you fluent in German & English with Lux GAAP expertise?

We are looking for an accountant with strong expertise in Lux GAAP for one of its client based in Luxembourg city.

  • Permanent contract via a payrolling company or freelance contract
  • 2 remote days per week
  • Annual gross salary between 70 000€ and 80 000€
  • Starting date : Immediately or mid of December

Your missions :

  • Maintain general accounting records in compliance with Luxembourg GAAP.
  • Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement).
  • Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Handle VAT and tax declarations.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Manage fixed assets accounting.
  • Provide financial reporting to the group.
  • Analyze budget variances.
  • Stay updated on accounting regulations.
  • Manage accruals and provisions.
  • Improve or implement accounting processes.
  • Follow up on intercompany transactions and consolidation.

  • Experienced accountant with a strong expertise in Lux Gaap
  • German fluent
  • English fluent

    • Fluency in both English and German is essential for this role, as our client is a German group and most stakeholders communicate exclusively in German.
