We are currently recruiting for one of our clients a :

HR Data & HRIS Officer

  • Do you have hands-on experience in HR data analysis and reporting that supports strategic decision-making?
  • Are you confident working with complex HR systems, including system configuration, implementation, and optimisation?
  • Have you successfully led or contributed to HR process improvement or HRIS transformation projects?

The HR team plays a central role in driving operational excellence across the organisation.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • As HR Data & HRIS Officer, you will be a key link between the HR department, IT stakeholders and senior leadership. Your role will focus on ensuring data quality, enhancing the performance of HR systems, and leading optimisation initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You will :
  • Build and manage HR dashboards and reports that translate people data into business insights.
  • Oversee day-to-day system administration and continuous enhancement of the HRIS, coordinating with vendors and internal partners.
  • Lead and support HR process reviews and improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
  • Monitor data integrity across systems, supporting compliance and consistency across functions.
  • Act as a change agent, ensuring HR digital tools are understood, adopted and leveraged across the organisation.

    The profile we are looking for :

    We are looking for a strategic and tech-savvy HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

    The ideal candidate will have :

  • 3–5 years’ experience in HR data, HRIS or HR operations, ideally in a regulated or corporate setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern HRIS platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.) and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • A process mindset and experience managing or supporting HR transformation or automation initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
  • Fluency in English is essential; any additional language is an asset.
