In this context the Transformation Project Manager has two main roles :
1.
As Data & AI and Support Functions Stream Manager : he / she is the main point of contact and orchestrator between the transformation and the rest of the areas (business lines, distribution, customer and IT).
2.
As Data & Support Function Stream Leader : he / she is the main point of contact and orchestrator between the transformation and the rest of the areas (business lines, distribution, customer and IT). He / she is responsible for :
a.
Understanding the general context of the Streams.
b.
Support the head of transformation to define the transformation plan for the following years aligned with the overall transformation of the insurance
c.
Secure the implementation of the transformation plan by prioritizing and arbitrating according to the business needs and the available resources.
d.
Escalate risks on the transformation execution.
e.
Secure the Governance of the stream by implementing the standards committees.
f.
Manage the stream change requests by challenging business priorities.

As Project Manager : Responsible for the overall preparation and execution of the projects under his / her responsibility, defining and monitoring the planning scope and budget. He / she must ensure that all stakeholders (business, IT, Security, Risk and others) are aligned with the chosen solution.
Define the project
Set up together with the business the objectives and scope of the project.
Drive a team composed by internal and externals parties.
Ensure that requirements are defined and work with IT stakeholders to find the best IT solution to answer the business needs.
Understand business processes and IT solution ensuring alignment between stakeholders.
Build and manage realistic but challenging plan : including all tasks (business, IT, change management, compliance validation...).
Identify the profiles needed and capacity requirements.
Identify project risks, critical path and dependencies.
Set up the project governance.
Provide different solutions and associated cost.
Together with head of transformation, secure the approval of all stakeholders as per governance.
Execute the project : Lead and take an active part in project realization, proposing appropriate solutions to secure the progress of the project
Manage the team and capacity, including internal and external resources to ensure that all tasks are performed according to plan.
Manage the planning : responsible for consolidating the tasks to be carried out to produce the deliverables.
Manage the budget : Tracks consumption (orders, invoices, timesheets), define and manage contingencies.
Manage risks and propose mitigation actions with the project team : identify problems and root causes, actions or solutions to be taken, define an implementation plan and the needed resources.
Manage the communication and supervise changes with change management team.
Secure the quality and present key metrics to secure the project health.
Governance : Respect defined governance
Secure the key milestones approval.
Set-up and lead key meetings as defined in the governance.
Participate in the IT / Transformation meetings.
Prepare all required presentations including key metrics to follow up projects.
Participate in the Executive Committee if required.
Skills :
Hold a master's degree in economics, management, IT, or engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Project / Program management.
Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies. Experience in Agile project management methodology is a plus. Project Management certification such as PMP is preferred.
Excellent planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Very good knowledge in process management and process reengineering.
Professional experience ideally in the insurance and in Data and AI and / or software development field. If not, have an appetite for these professions in a transformation context.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary internal teams and manage the performance of external service providers.
Good analytical skills and critical thinking.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), facilitation, and collaboration.
Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Team spirit.
Pragmatic.
Excellent command of French and English.
