What will you do?
Within our dynamic Human Resources Team, you will develop your expertise in various HR fields by acting as a key support to a dedicated scope of service lines.
You will act as the point of contact on strategic and operational recruitment matters for a dedicated department / activity;
You will work closely with the hiring managers understand their staffing needs and identifying qualified candidates;
You will manage the entire sourcing, screening and interviewing process;
You will actively participate to recruitment / campus events;
You will explore different sourcing channels and contribute in improving the employer branding strategy;
You will support staff development, engagement and motivation through the identification, proposal and / or implementation of key initiatives;
You will proactively contribute to the implementation of key HR projects.
This offer is for you if :
You have a Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration;
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven experience in talent acquisition;
You are organized, proactive and client-oriented;
You are dynamic, enthusiastic and positive;
You have strong communication skills and can work both autonomously and as part of a team;
You are used to work with a HRIS solution;
You know the Luxembourg labor law;
You are willing to learn constantly and flexible;
You are fluent in English, French and / or German are considered an asset.
