Contract / freelance opportunity for an Information Security Analyst / Security Auditor / Technical Writer to join my industry leading client within the Telecommunications industry. You will be joining our clients Global Information Security office framework organisation, and will contribute to the creation of the Security policy framework for our clients protected and classified information projects and initiatives.

The role of the Information Security Analyst will be to review, update and create essential documentation which will form a baseline for our clients global security office framework, meeting country specific and project specific regulations and standards.

Duties in this role will include :

  • Quickly understanding the current Information Security policies and frameworks by reviewing existing documentation
  • Convert existing documentation into newer updated formats, and create new templates based on requirements
  • Create new policy frameworks based on feedback from different stakeholders in the business
  • Provide pro-active interpretation of security standards, practices and policies
  • Establish and maintain standards for security documentation
  • Develop and Track KPI s related to security processes
  • Extract key points from lengthy documentation making them easy to read and understand for internal users within the business

To be successful in this role, you should understand how to write and interpret high quality documentation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in one of these domains (information security or Quality Management) as understanding the methodology behind these are essential for this candidate.

Any experience working for EU Institutions (Public sector / EU government), NATO or on Classified information projects will be considered a significant advantage.

This position is hybrid, requiring 50% presence on-site in the Luxembourg office.
