Senior Manager Corporate M&A

Job Description

• Assess external growth opportunities (., acquisitions, joint ventures) through market research, financial modeling, and business case development.
• Prepare executive summaries and presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate due diligence processes with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Operations) and external advisors.
• Lead transaction execution, including negotiation of key legal documents in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Support or lead monthly financial and business performance reviews.
• Act as a strategic partner to local management teams on financial and operational matters.
• Review board materials and brief company representatives accordingly.
• Oversee M&A activities at the subsidiary level and represent the company in shareholder and joint venture discussions.
• Conduct ad hoc strategic and financial analyses on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive positioning.
• Provide strategic and analytical support to subsidiaries on initiatives such as new business development including financial structuring, and operational improvements.
