Job descriptiontrice marketing opérationnel Food, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’optimisation de l’expérience client au sein de nos restaurants et cafétérias : Posséder une vue 360° sur la présentation de l'offre produits et le parcours consommateur Définir et mettre en œuvre des plans d’action pour améliorer l'expérience d'achat : optimisation des espaces de vente et stimulation des achats d’impulsion Élaborer les plannogrammes, assurer le merchandising sur site et rédiger les argumentaires de vente pour les équipes terrain Construire l’offre produit par catégorie en partenariat avec le service achats, et définir la politique de distribution Suivre et analyser la performance des catégories produits, proposer des optimisations selon les tendances du marché Maîtriser les calculs de marges et recommander les prix de vente Accompagner les responsables de site lors des ouvertures ou rénovations d’espaces de vente Assurer la coordination entre les équipes terrain et les départements du siège (opérations, sales, finance) Soutenir les managers dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs financiers, dans le respect des procédures internes Réaliser une veille concurrentielle active et partager les insights avec les équipes concernées Expérience confirmée (min. 5 ans) dans une fonction similaire en grande distribution ou restauration collective Diplôme Bachelor en Commerce ou Marketing Sens du terrain, écoute active et esprit d’amélioration continue Leadership naturel, rigueur, persévérance et capacité à transformer les enjeux stratégiques en actions concrètes Créativité et esprit d’innovation Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office) À l’aise avec les chiffres : tarification, budgets, objectifs prévisionnels Maîtrise impérative de l’anglais pour collaborer avec nos interlocuteurs internationaux Adhésion spontanée aux valeurs Sodexo : Esprit de Service, Esprit d’Équipe, Esprit de Progrès Contrat à durée indéterminée à temps plein (ou partiel à discuter), Avantages sociaux : chèques-repas, jours de congés supplémentaires selon ancienneté, assurance groupe, etc., Horaires flexibles et télétravail possible , selon les conditions fiscales et les politiques internes, Un environnement de travail dynamique et bienveillant , au sein du zoning ATRIUM Luxembourg, avec de nombreux services pour améliorer votre quotidien, Accès facilité au parking à tarif préférentiel .
