As a Paint Shop Mechanic, your main responsibilities include:

• Prepare the surface of aircraft sections, components and parts as well as to apply primer and topcoat;
• Prepare and paint ground support equipment;
• Comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures;
• Perform all work in a safe and timely manner;
• Install sealant, erosion tape and stickers on aircraft and aircraft components

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

• Secondary technical education or accomplished apprenticeship (DAP/CATP) in car body repair or paint (or equivalent);
• At least 1-3 years of experience in spray painting;
• Experience in painting fiber glass and composite material is an advantage;
• Able to work in a team and show initiative in solving problems
• Able to work at height
• Fluency in written and spoken English, any other language is considered as an advantage
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
