Agent Back-Office (m / f / n)

Département : Grid Support – BO & Meter Data | Lieu : Luxembourg-Merl | Contrat : CDD – 12 mois | Demande de personnel N° 19803

Vos missions

  • Vous traitez les demandes des fournisseurs des clients qui demandent une acceptation voire dénonciation du contrat de fourniture
  • Vous mettez à jour les données clients et techniques dans SAP
  • Vous gérez les annonces de début et de fin de fourniture selon les procédures définies et en concertation avec les fournisseurs
  • Vous créez la structure dans le système SAP afin de pouvoir lire et facturer le client
  • Vous gérez les processus de la communication du marché et vous cherchez à les optimiser

Votre profil

  • Détenteur d'un diplôme BAC ou équivalent
  • Vous avez une affinité pour l'informatique et disposez d'une bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, précis et disposez d'un esprit analytique et synthétique
  • Persévérance, autonomie et esprit d'équipe vous caractérisent
  • Maîtrise des langues luxembourgeoise, française et allemande
