Legal Manager (Insurance Sector – Luxembourg)
An international insurance group with a long-standing history and a growing footprint in Europe is seeking a Legal Manager to join its expanding Luxembourg-based operation. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and culturally diverse environment at the heart of the company’s EU strategy.

Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance & Legal, this position acts as the primary legal contact point, offering strategic advice to the Management Committee and internal stakeholders
Key responsibilities:
✔ Act as a key legal contact point, supporting the Head of Compliance & Legal
✔ Ensure compliance with Luxembourg legal and regulatory frameworks
✔ Provide legal guidance on business strategy and other departments
✔ Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and insurance documentation
✔ Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies
✔ Support corporate governance, litigation matters, and complaints handling
✔ Develop legal training materials and manage legal resources efficiently
