The Fees & Commissions Officer is responsible for executing the day-to-day management of queries and fee collection, including commission payment to our partners. Your responsibilities will be as follows : Ensure that our fees are collected on our corporate accounts and overdrafts on policy accounts are monitored and solved, Ensure that partners are paid on time, depending on the frequency defined (weekly, monthly, quarterly), Ensure that proper reporting needed by custodians and partners linked to fee payments are sent, Ensure that reconciliation on corporate accounts is processed timely, Manage close relationships with partners and develop strong connections with relevant counterparts within those organisations, Answer day-to-day queries from internal teams or external partners, Ensure that all documentation is suitably organised and accessible, Follow internal procedures, industry rules and regulations, Ensure that all documentations are properly filled. Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Fees & Commissions Officer - CDD 6 months? Graduation from University or Business school, preferably in Economics, Finance, Banking or similar field, 2 years of experience in a similar position would be an asset, Demonstrate problem solving, analytical and prioritisation skills, Continuous learning and improvement mindset, Demonstrated insight of the financial industry, Demonstrated agility to use a variety of different systems, Ability to work with figures with strong analytical skills, Being well organised and serious with a methodical approach, Ability to work autonomously and show strong team spirit on a daily basis, Ability to take initiatives and to deliver within tight deadlines, flexible work attitude, being proactive and helpful to reach business goals, Show integrity with a willingness to learn, Excellent communication skills to interact directly with external parties in a professional manner (emails, phone..), Good knowledge of MS Office, especially with Excel, is a must, Good level of English and French, both verbally and in writing.
