The Senior Credit Structurer is responsible for assessing and evaluating the feasibility of credit request and providiAnalyse complex Real Estate credit requests and develop solutions within acceptable credit / risk parameters. Your next challenge : Analyse complex Real Estate credit requests and develop solutions within acceptable credit / risk parameters. Provide the credit rating for requests. Ensure credit structuring / granting is aligned with Bank's Risk appetite, limits, Policy, and Procedures. Within the Delegation Authority Framework, decide on credit files. Responsible for business development and revenues growth remaining within Bank's Risk Appetite. Play a key role in credit approval process and follow up on the implementation of credit files in line with the decision. Check the data quality of the credit request (in the systems and in the credit sheet). Support the team manager in projects related to the improvement of work processes Contribute to the training of junior analysts Your skills : A significant experience working in structuring Real Estate Credit File either in the Front Office or in credit risk management within the banking industry is required English and French are mandatory.
