Job description

We are looking for a Business Analyst for one of its client based in Luxembourg (Kirchberg) for a consultancy project.

Main missions :

Analysing and evaluating new global and multi-regional regulatory initiatives in close collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Compliance teams globally
Defining and aligning detailed regulatory / business requirements with key stakeholders - especially with Legal, Compliance, Business, COO, AFC & Operations teams
Coordinating and guiding cross-regional implementation to achieve consistent solutions that take into account business and technical requirements
Coordinating the adjustment of internal and external documents (client contracts, client letters or Key Operating Procedures)
Organizing and running internal project related trainings & communications
Preparing and presenting project updates to different governance bodies within the company

Your profile :

Strong expertise in finance, with a focus on operational finance functions.

Solid experience in a change function within financial services or consulting, with experience in business analysis, solution design and project management (>

2 years)

Specific knowledge and experience in regulatory driven projects, ideally with AFC / KYC related regulations

Strong stakeholder management / influencing ability

Fluent in English with very good verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of EU regulatory landscape (AFC / KYC, Investor Protection / MiFID, Payments, Transaction Reporting, ESG, …)

Knowledge of Private Bank services and products

Knowledge of core banking systems

Advantage :

Permanent contract (open for freelance)

1 remote day per week

Fluency in English is mandatory

Annual gross salary up to 100 000€, according to your skills and experience
