Senior Fund Accountant

Under the supervision of the team manager :

• You will oversee a portfolio of clients and manage their periodic and year-end financial closings, including the preparation of financial statements and other required regulatory reports.
• You will be responsible for preparing Corporate Tax returns, VAT returns, and subscription tax filings.
• Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the overall Net Asset Value (NAV) production process, covering a wide range of financial and accounting tasks.
• Handling inquiries from auditors, clients, and tax authorities, as well as addressing internal accounting-related issues, will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will have the opportunity to work with various clients, including those in the private equity and real estate sectors within the fund industry.
• Reporting on client needs and demands will be essential.
• Active participation in internal projects is expected.
• You will update the Investor register and manage the capital table.
• Familiarity with CSSF reporting, as well as AIFMD and BCL reporting, will be required.
