We are seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Lawyer to support the growth of our Corporate Department in Luxembourg.

Your tasks :

• Advising local and international clients on the full spectrum of various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings and refinancings, venture capital transactions, etc.;
• Ensuring the daily coordination between clients, counterparty lawyers, and services providers;
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of legal and corporate documents, in particular capacity and enforceability legal opinions;
• Managing and coaching the corporate team members;
• Coordinating legal researches;
• Participating actively in the business development needs of the firm.
