Your role
As a member of the Mental Health and Wellbeing team, you will :
- Provide individual counselling and advisory sessions to students
- Offer guidance and raise awareness on a wide range of mental health issues
- Maintain accurate and sensitive records to monitor mental health needs
- Contribute to the design and delivery of psychoeducational programs, workshops and presentations
- Prepare and distribute publicity materials and awareness displays
- Represent the Student Mental Health and Wellbeing service at University events (eg. Welcome Day)
- Build connections and collaborate with local community groups and relevant organisations
- Support the university's involvement in national and international mental health initiatives
- Assist the team and teamleader as required
Your profile
Master's degree in psychology (clinical or counselling)At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a higher educational settingStrong ability to connect and engage with people from diverse backgroundsCollaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skillsDemonstrates empathy, patience, open-mindedness and professional confidenceFluent in spoken and written English and French. German and Luxembourgish would be an advantageWe offer
