Deputy / Assistant Manager of Platform & TA Services (m / w / d) About Us As an independent financial service partner, Moventum S.C.A. has been providing a home for financial service providers such as advisors and asset managers as well as institutional clients from all over the world for more than 20 years. The digital “MoventumOffice” platform offers access to more than 10,000 funds, ETFs and other securities. In addition, it allows financial advisors to open securities accounts for their clients, to place trading orders and to use analysis, reporting and support tools. Institutional clients are able to outsource their entire fund trading with complementary services to Moventum as part of collective or individual custody account management. Moventum also offers transfer agent services and AML & KYC solutions. About the Team The department brings together Client Relationship Management (CRM), Fund Relations, and Transfer Agency, working hand in hand to support client services, fund operations, and regulatory compliance. The CRM team serves as the main contact point for our Platform clients, providing prompt and solution-oriented support. The Fund Relations Team is in charge of onboarding and maintaining Funds / ETFs, while our TA teams deals with investor onboarding, KYC maintenance and stakeholder reporting. The Right Fit The Deputy / Assistant Manager Platform & TA Services serves as the main escalation point for the three teams and supports the Department Head in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role combines hands-on work (primarily within the CRM team) with coordination and problem-solving across the department, acting as a key support and substitute for the Department Head. Your Responsibilities Act as the Deputy to the Department Head, ensuring operational continuity and effective communication across the teams, particularly during the Department Head's absence. Oversee the day-to-day management and resolution of all inquiries and serve as the primary escalation point for the aforementioned areas on day-to-day matters, providing guidance, support, and problem-solving assistance where needed. Support team members in handling complex or sensitive client, investor, and fund queries, and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues in alignment with internal procedures and client commitments. Collaborate closely with Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Legal on complex or escalated matters, including AML / KYC and onboarding cases. Ensure that client, investor, and fund requests are managed in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, acting as a bridge between operational teams and the Department Head. Work primarily within the CRM function on a daily basis, maintaining close cooperation with TA and Fund Relations colleagues to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a high standard of service delivery across all client interactions. Monitor and investigate recurring issues or service challenges and contribute to identifying process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Stay informed about regulatory and market developments affecting clients and investors and ensure that relevant changes are communicated within the teams. Actively contributes to cross-team collaboration and a supportive team culture, fostering knowledge sharing and consistency in client service. Build, maintain, and proactively develop long-term relationships with clients to maximize satisfaction and loyalty. Together with the Department Head, develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer retention and acquisition. Your Profile : Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry in Luxembourg. Solid experience in CRM and TA area is a strong advantage. Native or near-native English speaker; German would be considered as an asset. Proven ability to act as an escalation and coordination point within a multifunctional environment. Basic managerial or supervisory experience with the ability to guide and support colleagues effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused and proactive mindset. Strong understanding of fund structures, operational processes, and Luxembourg fund regulations, including AML / KYC. Analytical and structured, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism.
