Job descriptionSupport the trailer fees replatforming project Support all BA for analysis & testing Organize training session on the changes Evaluate the risks Other support as a Business Analyst Knowledge management : produce user guides, and documents to upgrade continuously the knowledge databaserb + Action Active participation in the release management process (IT transition) : request the completed STAC checklists to the application owner. Perform sanity checks in pre-production before the IT release. Perform sanity checks after the release and monitor the release effectiveness. Knowledge management : produce user guides, and documents to upgrade continuously the knowledge databaserb + Action Business : i.e. Transfert Agent trailer fees Processes Norms & Process : calculations, reconciliation, reporting + KPI Technical : MultiFonds TA and its reporting Functional : Expertise in TA Technological : Estars, MultiFonds Language : French / English
Mission description - intervention scope
- Analyse the project needs
- Testing the new functionalties on trailer fees part & monitor the changes
- To control the changes associated to the project incl the reporting :
- To provide functional expertise on TA applications (Multi-funds TA and its satellites)
- Organize and provide documentation to the necessary processes / evolutions to enable the rollout in production.
