In this context we are looking for a driven Sales Team Leader to lead our sales agents and sales operations, with the focus on sales in our shops and in and outbound telesales.
Your key responsibilities
You will be a key member of Eltrona's B2C department, heading the sales team and steering day-to-day sales operations, processes, commercial performance and shopper experience.
Your key responsibilities include :
Ensure the day-to-day management of the Sales team
- Steer people, operations and processes to ensure optimal performance
- Coach and grow the sales teams (shop and telesales)
- Ensure efficient day-to-day sales operations (agent planning, allocations)
- Ensure efficient day-to-day shop operations (logistics, shop organisation)
- Work together with other departments on launches and promotions
- Improve commercial journeys and associated customer experience
- Seek constant process enhancement opportunities
Grow and maintain results for the sales teams
