Do you want to play a key role in ensuring that some of the world’s most influential institutions gain maximum value from their investment in Oracle? We are looking for an engaged and solutions-oriented  Account Executive  to drive ongoing customer value and long-term success with our key clients : the United Nations, NATO, and the European Union.

In this role, you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for existing customers and help them realize the full potential of Oracle Applications – through continuous adoption of innovation, proactive guidance, contract renewals, and identification of growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve their desired outcomes with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, EPM, CX, HCM, SCM)
  • Lead regular success and business review meetings to ensure alignment between customer needs and Oracle capabilities
  • Drive adoption of quarterly product updates and innovation – translating new features into tangible business value
  • Coordinate efforts across customer stakeholders, internal teams, partners, and support
  • Manage contract renewals and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Account Directors and Solution Engineers to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, collecting feedback and driving continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an account management, or sales consultancy roles within the SaaS sector
  • Experience working with or supporting international institutions or complex public sector clients is a strong asset
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications or comparable enterprise platforms
  • Ability to communicate technical value to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, international organization
  • Fluent in English – additional languages are a strong plus
