Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the manufacturing sector via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery status.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales and logistics to provide accurate information and support to clients.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of company products, processes, and policies to serve customers effectively.
• Document customer interactions and ensure accurate information retrieval for future reference.
• Promote and educate customers on new products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive approach to work and a desire to contribute to team success.
