Your Responsibilities | Fund Lawyer - Legal - Funds - Avocat - Law Firm

• Advise clients on the structuring, fund formation and management of Alternative Investment Funds under Luxembourg law.
• Draft , review and negotiate legal and fund documentation, including prospectuses, offering memoranda and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with CSSF requirements, European directives and cross-border distribution matters.
• Manage fund registrations , approvals and communications with local and European regulators.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and jurisdictions on cross-border fund projects.
• Contribute to the team’s growth by supporting business development initiatives and publications.
