is based in LUXEMBOURG and is reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Responsible for all day-to-day
operations : from the planning process to the implementation and optimization of
Social Media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok), of digital
video campaigns (YouTube) and paid search campaigns (Google Search)
– direct buying.
Upload and manage keywords, ad
creative, and ad extensions for Search campaigns. Perform ongoing keyword
discovery, expansion, and optimization. Utilize bid management tools to
maximize the effectiveness of campaigns
Oversee daily performance,
budget pacing, and trends to meet campaign goals. Make necessary campaign
optimizations.
Perform A / B tests and
experiments in paid media to gather new recommendations for the media strategy.
Plan and schedule organic
content in social media. Review organic performance results for assigned
markets.
Contribute to defining
guidelines and best practices for social media organic strategy.
Identify food trends through
Pinterest trends, and create a content proposal for paid media tailored to the
market needs.
Assist in managing the website,
uploading content, and coordinating with the external agency functional
updates.
Track, report, and analyze all
digital marketing campaigns and website analytics.
Monitor market trends in the food
and dairy sector through the internal social listening tool.
Present results to leadership
as needed.
Liaise with the Company’s International
marketing teams for implementations of each Country’s digital activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Your Profile
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree, preferably
with a focus on advertising, marketing, business administration, or
communications
Approximately 3-5 years’ experience
in paid search and Social Networks media buying
Experience with search engine
platforms, web analytics tools, bid management tools, and other third party
tools such as Google AdWords and Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager
Google Ads and Facebook Ads
certifications are desired
Strong project management
skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Proficient in Analytical and
Excel skills
Languages : Fluent English. French
or German are not required but it is a plus
