Activities Understand and advocate for customer usability / operability needs feature and Insure client satisfaction. Formulate a vision for how technology will be utilized within the teams Develop technical aspects of the strategy for alignment with its business goals Ensure that the technological resources satisfy the team's short and long-term objectives Verify all technological practices adhere to regulatory standards and compliance Mentor for the rest of the organisation on Development methodology, concepts, policies, and procedures Identify and implement innovative technologies that yield competitive advantage.

Suggesting appropriate new data technologies (CMDB) based on business need. Technical strategy design and review.

Playing a key role in designing and delivering multiple products. Help to use technology profitably and act as a mentor to team members Transformation or development of a service based on technical or business requirements Provide guidance to dev leads or developers for concerned technological domains Help to develop a strategic plan for APIs, Automation for a variety of solutions / product Write technical documentation and SDP (Service Design Package) documentation Participate in the definition and review of the standards to be used by the development teams Leading and supporting global transformation initiatives for the services operated by the customer Understand the implications and impact that proposed architectural changes will have on the business (to technical and non-technical audiences) Problem solving in a bug fixing context Impact assessments for complex changes Monitor KPIs to assess technological performance Software and Deployment architecture design and best practice Implement, guide teams, report on unit and functional testing As needed, engage with the Support (L2 / L3) and customers to resolve critical field issues as they arise leading to improved resolution time, future product and process improvements Act as a proxy to ensure development teams have the information needed to make appropriate decisions about the design and development of their features or bug fixing Provision of the above mentioned services basically in Luxembourg, with a possibility to work in Brussels about 1 day per month. Project Business hours : 7h-19h Occasional interventions outside of normal working hours may be requested Requirements Must fulfil the requirements to obtain an EU security clearance Education : BAC +5 in computer sciences or equivalent Experience with ITSM operations and management ITSM applications Code release and versioning (GIT) Code quality, Code styling...

Unit and functional testing CI / CD : continuous integration and continuous delivery Python / Perl Language HTTP and APIs Angular / React Skills At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position At least 5 years of technical experience of the concerned domain (Senior Level) Organisational skills and analytical ability Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of writing purchase justifications, strategies, high-level as well as complex technical documents, training users in complex topics, making presentations to an internal audience, and interacting positively with upper management Team working ability, communication and leadership skills Capability to manage complex technical projects Capable to produce concise technical documentation Solid documentation skills Working knowledge, written and spoken, of English required.
