IT Operations & Support Specialist

We currently have a vacancy for a IT Operations & Support Specialist fluent in English, to offer his / her services as an expert will be based in Luxembourg, Luxembourg. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your Tasks :

• Provision of technical consultancy / support services for IT Reception systems (4 applications);
• Management and monitoring the daily data ingestion, data storage and data processing in various formats
• Incident and problem management, technical support to end-users, Change management on applications;
• Production of other technical and functional documents;
• First-level technical support to colleagues of the unit in all issues related to HTML, XML, CSS;
• Maintaining and creating scripts in Linux;
• Creation and follow up of tickets for the solution provider;
• Testing new functionalities, identifying and reporting issues, and assisting in their resolution.
