Dans le cadre du renforcement de sa Direction Architecture et Technologie, le Syndicat Intercommunal de Gestion Informatique (SIGI) , acteur technologique majeur du secteur communal au Luxembourg, recherche un spécialiste en Gestion de données et en APIs.

Ce poste stratégique, au croisement de la gouvernance des données et du développement / intégration d’APIs , joue un rôle essentiel pour assurer la fluidité, la fiabilité et la sécurité des échanges de données au sein des systèmes SIGI et avec les partenaires externes.

Missions

Concevoir, développer, documenter et maintenir des APIs pour permettre l'échange de données en interne et vers l’extérieur
Assurer la performance, la sécurité et la scalabilité des APIs
Garantir la qualité, l'intégrité et la sécurité des données
Structurer les données pour optimiser le stockage et la performance
Réalisation de rapports et d’indicateurs ad hoc
Superviser la collecte, le stockage, l'organisation et l'analyse des données
Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et métiers pour aligner les besoins en données et APIs avec les objectifs.
Evaluer et intégrer de nouvelles technologies ou outils pour optimiser la gestion des données et des APIs.
Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie Data et API du SIGI

Profil Recherché : Vos Atouts pour Réussir

Diplôme de Master en Informatique (délivré par un établissement d'enseignement supérieur reconnu par l'Etat luxembourgeois et sanctionnant l'accomplissement avec succès d'un master ou de son équivalent)

Développement : Connaissances approfondies en .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)

Maîtrise des technologies liées aux APIs (REST, SOAP) et des outils comme Swagger

Connaissance des bases de données relationnelles (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres)

ETL / EAI : Connaissances en SSIS, la connaissance de BizTalk est un avantage

Connaissances d’outils de dashboarding / reporting (SSRS, Qlik…)

Gestion de version : Maîtrise de Git et utilisation régulière de GitLab (ou d'un outil similaire) pour le suivi des versions et la collaboration.

Une compréhension des besoins métiers et de la manière dont les données et les APIs soutiennent les objectifs stratégiques

Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec des équipes variées (techniques et non techniques).

Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. La maîtrise du luxembourgeois et de l’allemand est un avantage

Capacité à travailler en autonomie et en équipe

Proactif, rigoureux et méthodique

Etre ressortissant d'un Etat membre de l'Union européenne
