In-House Legal Counsel - Transactions & NPL

Job descriptionConseiller le Managing Director Luxembourg et la direction sur les sujets juridiques stratégiques. Gérer et structurer des transactions de dettes et des opérations NPL - expertise obligatoire . Participer activement aux projets de M&A et d' acquisition de portefeuilles . Négocier, rédiger et revoir des contrats complexes (NDAs, LOIs, term sheets, transaction documents, etc.). Préparer des notes et analyses juridiques pour les comités d'investissement et le Board . Coordonner les conseils externes et collaborer avec les équipes Group Legal , Investment et Operations . Diplôme universitaire en droit . 10 à 15 ans d'expérience maximum, en cabinet d'avocats et / ou institution financière. Expérience confirmée en NPL et transactions de dettes - non négociable . Excellente maîtrise du droit luxembourgeois . Anglais courant, le français est un plus. Esprit business partner , pragmatique, organisé(e) et orienté(e) solutions. Impact stratégique immédiat : vos décisions influencent la stratégie globale. Projets internationaux : interagissez avec des équipes basées dans plusieurs juridictions. Transactions complexes & variées : NPL, M&A, acquisitions de portefeuilles. Autonomie & responsabilités : un poste clé où votre expertise est reconnue. Package attractif : 100 000 € - 150 000 € selon expérience.
