Provide reception services as needed (visitors, calls, deliveries). Coordinate service providers for the premises (cleaning, security, maintenance) and supervise their work. Manage purchases and stocks of small supplies. Manage urgent errands (document deposits / withdrawals). Make occasional trips to transport employees to external meetings. This offer is for you if : Have initial professional experience in a similar multi-skilled position (driver's license required). Be punctual, discreet, and service-oriented. Have good interpersonal skills. Be able to work independently while following instructions and procedures. Ideally, be fluent in English. Have a good working knowledge of basic office tools (email, Word, etc.). Have basic knowledge in excel.
