Description

• Process end-to-end payroll in compliance with Luxembourg tax and social security regulations.
• Manage benefits, leave, and tax adjustments accurately and reliably.
• Use Apsal and Payroll Engine to handle payroll data efficiently.
• Oversee a portfolio of small and medium-sized clients, providing day-to-day payroll support.
• Ensure timely monthly payroll processing and assist with complex or strategic cases.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage administrative tasks (affiliations, medical visits, meal vouchers).
• Coordinate with tax and social authorities during audits or inspections.
• Prepare, review, and validate monthly and financial payroll reports.
• Deliver a high-quality client experience through responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism.
